On November 29, 2025, the Benelux Chamber of Commerce's annual gala was held at Paramount Shanghai, creating a sparkling and exciting atmosphere. ArcelorMittal Yujian™ Multi Part Integrated Solution (Yujian™ Solution for short) applied by GONVVAMA stood out in a tough competition among many strong entries and won the 2025 Melexis Innovation Award. The award was presented to Billy MA, CEO of GONVVAMA, in recognition of GONVVAMA's groundbreaking innovation and forward-thinking approach.

This year's event was special because it included the "Best of Benelux Awards" for the first time. These awards recognize companies and teams that have made big contributions to the Benelux community in China. The evening featured three major awards: KBC Best Enterprise Award, Rituals Best Team Award, and Melexis Innovation Award. After careful judging, the Yujian™ solution was selected alongside another top company for the Melexis Innovation Award, thanks to its excellent performance in making cars lighter, more modular, and safer.

During the on-site presentation, GONVVAMA's Chief Technology Officer, Yannick Yin, shared the key ideas and benefits of the Yujian™ solution with everyone. Car makers often struggle to balance making vehicles lighter, safer, cheaper, and faster to market. The Yujian™ solution solves this by using laser welding and hot-formed steel to combine separate parts into one complete module. This reduces weight, boosts performance, and keeps design and production flexible. For example, in one case with six Yujian™ applications, it cut the number of parts by 75%, reduced weld points by 567, and shrank assembly space by 14% compared to traditional designs.

In the end, the Yujian™ solution earned the Melexis Innovation Award with strong leads in both online public voting and on-site judging. This win not only highlights the solution's innovative value but also celebrates the hard work and ongoing dedication of the VAMA & GONVVAMA team.
