On August 7, 2026, the investment memorandum for the Phase‑IV project of GONVVAMA was signed at Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone, marking a new‑round capital increase and production‑expansion initiative of GONVVAMA Loudi Plant a decade after its settlement in Loudi.
With the official signing of the investment memorandum, the Phase‑IV expansion project with a total investment of 105 million yuan has been confirmed for implementation, serving as a key move for the enterprise to expand its production capacity for high‑end auto component processing.
Located on the east side of the existing plant site, the project will build a 5,000‑square‑metre dedicated production workshop and install two intelligent production lines: a high‑strength laser blanking line and an integrated door‑ring tailor‑welded blank line. The laser blanking line is scheduled to go into operation in October 2026, while the integrated door‑ring tailor‑welded blank line is expected to be commissioned in January 2027. Upon full operation, GONVVAMA will further expand its supporting service coverage for new‑energy vehicle manufacturers and joint‑venture automakers in Central and South China and improve its regional supply capacity.
GONVVAMA settled in Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2016 and has completed the construction of Phase‑I, Phase‑II and Phase‑III projects in phases, with a cumulative investment of approximately 298 million yuan. Its Phase‑III project was put into production in 2024, adding 6,225.41 square meters of new production building space and a door‑ring tailor‑welded blank line equipped with Ablation 3.0 technology, which has steadily consolidated its foundation for hot‑formed auto‑component processing.
The supporting production lines of the Phase‑IV project adopt core technologies including on‑line laser ablation for aluminum‑silicon coating removal, precision tailor‑welding for complex‑curve integrated door rings, and real‑time full‑process on‑line quality inspection, supporting continuous iteration of multi‑part integrated lightweight products. Leveraging the shareholders’ comprehensive supply of full‑series hot‑formed steel raw materials, together with the industrial‑cluster advantages of Loudi’s “Materials Valley” and its central‑region geographical location, GONVVAMA Loudi Plant can deliver customized lightweight solutions for vehicle manufacturers in the south‑central area of China. It will help automakers reduce vehicle‑body weight, streamline welding‑assembly procedures and cut vehicle manufacturing costs, thus fueling the low‑carbon and lightweight transformation of the new‑energy automobile industry.
